Primo Maggio
The first great festival of the Spring takes places - as its name suggests - on the first of May. Primo Maggio is centred around a concert that takes place in front of San Giovanni in Laterano, featuring a number of well known Italian pop and rock bands (as well as the occasional international guest).
As well as the music, which goes on all day, there are numerous stalls selling food as well as T-shirts and other odds and ends.
